With billions of people currently on lockdown, many of the world’s great public spaces are empty. Various media outlets have compiled slide shows depicting the eerie vacuums left behind.
Two particularly fascinating collections of such photos are:

These photos are haunting. I was particularly struck by the one with the empty Los Angeles Freeway near Dodger Stadium.
